About Us

We are a subsidiary company of the German group Schörghuber Stiftung & Co. Corporate Group, dedicated to food and protein production, from its own farming of Atlantic Salmon and Pacific Salmon.

Our operations have been present in Chile for over 30 years, employ around 1000 persons (Dec, 2020) and produce annually around 45 thousand gross tons of salmon.

We control the entire process, from the eggs that are bought to external suppliers; the selection of raw material to feed our fish, and until the sales and distribution of the final product.

Because we control all the productive process, we can continuously improve sustainability, a signature reflected all through the productive chain.
