Ventisqueros, part of the German group Schörghuber, will once again be present at the Seafood Expo Global 2025 at stand 1E703, which will be held from May 6 to 8 at the emblematic Gran Vía venue of Fira de Barcelona. This fair is the most important in the sector worldwide and will bring together exhibitors from 79 countries, consolidating itself as a strategic platform for players in the fishing and aquaculture industry.
In this edition of the fair, the company will place special emphasis on strengthening its position in the European market, with a proposal of high quality products that combine innovation and respect for the environment.

One of the most outstanding products that Ventisqueros will present will be Silverside salmon, a variety of Pacific salmon fed on a diet formulated to optimize its nutritional profile and minimize its environmental impact.
